Operator and acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between you and Chetan Naik, trading as StoxSpace, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. By using an invited account, checking the acceptance box, and connecting Google Drive, you agree to these Terms. Invitations are personal and may not be transferred.

The service

StoxSpace provides browser-based tools for recording stock research, building watchlists, calculating illustrative position sizes, maintaining checklists, and journaling trades. The current service is free. Paid features will not be introduced without separate pricing, billing, cancellation, refund, and tax terms presented before a purchase.

Your responsibilities

• Enter lawful, accurate content and keep independent backups.
• Protect access to your device and Google account.
• Verify prices, calculations, company information, and orders with an authoritative source before acting.
• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your content and StoxSpace materials

You retain ownership of content you enter. You authorize StoxSpace to process that content in your browser and save it to your Google Drive solely to operate the requested features. StoxSpace and its original software, interface, branding, and documentation remain owned by the operator or applicable licensors.

No financial service

StoxSpace is not a broker, exchange, portfolio manager, research analyst, or investment adviser. It does not execute orders, provide personalized recommendations, or promise any return. The separate Financial Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

Third-party services

Google Drive, TradingView, Screener, exchanges, and network providers operate independently under their own terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or control.

Availability, suspension, and termination

StoxSpace may change, suspend, or discontinue free features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. You can stop using the service at any time by exporting or deleting your data and revoking Google access. Access may be restricted for unlawful or abusive use, where reasonably necessary.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, StoxSpace does not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of user-entered data, third-party information, or calculations. StoxSpace is not responsible for investment losses or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Changes, governing law, and contact

Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to support@stoxspace.com.
